Creative thinker

Creativity is the foundation of innovation, without creativity there is no innovation.
Every one can create new idea's, however, many people believe that' creativity is not for me, that r&d and marketing dept response.
Everyone has the ability to connect one idea with another. The most important factor in creative thinking is a persons own in his creative ability.
Not everyone is creative in the same, and whose preference and talents for creativity in different areas of their life. Some persons creative talents has been blocked through self judgment and conditioning of other people, stop looking for new idea's. Creativity strategy is thinking out of box.
How to create innovative product, process and services by creativity. Creativity involves two process thinking, then producing.
               Creativity strategies
As Peter drucker once said that, if you want to do something new, you have to do something old.
The key metric in both creativity and innovation is value creation.
Creative thinkers need to be open minded, they allow to feel freely  comes to new idea.

              Build your observation

Sam Walton, the founder of wall mart, made it habit when visiting its competitors stores to look at the details and find at least one idea or example to back his own organization. All ways he tried to observe about retail industry.
A curious mind requires better observation skills. For example, when you are sitting in the restaurant, just attention, how is organized restaurant? How are tables and chairs arranged? Where is kitchen? How do the waiters serve the other customers? How could be serving process improved?
You may find out how the product or service is perceived by the customer and where improvements might be needed.

Write down new insights. List out of needed improvements. Describe about restaurant functioning
Generally, a person can look at something and not really see it. However, if you do improve your observation skill, you can see more details.

               Ask probing questions

You cannot be a curious thinker, if you are afraid to ask questions.
The three curiosity questions that push individuals the farthest into new territory are the following simple questions "why?" "What if ?" "What else?"

Creative thinking begins with a great questions, not answers. Great creative thinkers stay with the questions instead of rushing to find an immediate solution. They ask more questions then average persons and more comfortable in the often uncomfortable situation of not immediately having the answer.
Ask"why" questions and the ask "why?" Again and again until you uncover new insights.

              Discover new connection

Connecting an idea from one part to another part.
Review previous programme's to find old ideas that can be reused in a new way. Idea's that have not worked in the past due to competitive conditions, lack of fund and poor implementation might work now.
Creative thinker's also capture ideas from a variety of external sources. The know may have other similar challenges. In some other companies, in some other competitors and in some other countries. Study competitors products, service and processes.
One of the most fertile areas for identifying new idea is discovering customer frustration, what frustrates others about current product, process and service.
Spend times thinking about how the problem, products, process and program is similar to other situations.
Great ideas already exist in somewhere else in universe. All your need to do is find them and adopt them as your own. Find out what other's doing well.
