How to learn English quickly

This questions are asking often by non-native speakers. Today, You tube and many other social media and  websites are providing tons of ideas to learners.  but the fact is that, most of the learners give up quickly. like India, other emerging countries are also pay more interest to learn this language. the main reason is always known well. which language is spoken and used as an official language in developed and developing countries. 
This language originated in Eurozone, so origin of Asian people are struggling to learn this language. because, sentence frame, intonation, and accent are totally different from Asian language. i have been learning English for the last 20 years. two years back I found some strategy to learn quickly, now, i am going to tell my own experience. 

learning mistakes 

if we want to learn a new thing, first of all we start from basic material. in Indian students are generally learn language from grammar and structure of the world . this mistakes are not only happening in India, all other countries are also follow the same strategy to learn the language. we must keep in our mind at one thing. the language learning is not like an other subject learning.

Languages are constructed by Emotions and thought. therefore, how we convey the messages to other person- by words, if so, does sure enough to know how to frame the sentences? absolutely not, we are not only convey the messages further we express our thoughts and degree of manner. 

incase. if we follow our traditional way of learning strategy it takes so long time to get fluency. A study say that, 10 percent of the Indians can speak English but only 4 percent of the people are having ability to speak fluently. that means, almost 60 million people can not speak fluently. even they learned from English medium school. they could not speak and write the language efficiently like a native speakers. 

  now you understand the real  problem of language learning, if so, which learning method we have to follow to acquire the language efficiently. first of all we should know definition of fluency. A person should speak without mental process which means, stop to translate from your native language. 

Generally, fluency divided as two types, one is mental fluency and second one is physical fluency. 

what is mental fluency ?  

your mind should process the language from your sub-conscious mind. when we learn the language or any new things while, our conscious mind influencing for gathering information. then conscious mind make new connection in your brain afterwards, your sub-conscious begin to address your language, now you are entering in to intermediate level,  if your entire language learning process takeover by your sub-conscious mind. which is a sign of you got to be mental fluency. once if you get this skill, you do not want to put effort to make sentences then it will become auto-pilot. here is the big question is that, how to penetrate the language into sub-conscious mind? here i given below two strategy.

Think in English

imitation.

when you start to think in English from that, your real learning process from there. just learn few words and conversation with other people , it will not take at anywhere you. you are being into the same level. imitation will solve all of your existing problem. because, when you imitate other person or TV show events. you may not be known grammar and structure of the sentence. just enough, follow them others.

how to imitate others, in the beginning pace, take a kids stories, almost story narrators would deliver the words in slow manner. so you can understand well and able to repeat the same words by yourself. when involving in that process you should express your word loudly. then go to next stage. what you have imitate start to think in English the same story. it will help to preserve and retain the words into your brain. it seems to be difficult in beginning stage. but it is a powerful way to acquire language quickly.

if you consistently follow this strategy, it slowly your brain adopt the language into itself.
